Accessibility Statement
RentWithMe.ai is committed to making apartment search, inquiry, and application information usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Conformance Target
RentWithMe.ai targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and applies the Americans with Disabilities Act expectations for public accommodations. Conformance is partial: the platform is under active development and new screens are reviewed against these criteria as they ship.
Accessibility Controls
Every page carries an accessibility button in the lower-left corner. It adjusts the experience without requiring browser settings, and choices are saved on the device for the next visit.
- - Text size: default, 115 percent, or 130 percent
- - Higher contrast for secondary text and borders
- - Always-underlined links, so colour is never the only cue
- - Reduced motion, which stops animation and transitions
- - Highlighted keyboard focus on the active control
Built-In Support
The interface is operable by keyboard, exposes text alternatives for meaningful imagery, respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference, provides a skip-to-content link, and offers every match in list and map form so no information exists only inside an animated view.
Known Limitations
Third-party content — including embedded maps, listing media supplied by advertisers, and imported blog articles — may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Where a barrier is identified, RentWithMe.ai provides the same information on request through a supported channel.

Real estate brokerage services, where required, are provided by licensed real estate professionals and/or the applicable licensed brokerage associated with each listing. RentWithMe.ai does not guarantee availability, approval, pricing, fees, incentives, or lease terms.
All listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and is subject to errors, omissions, changes in price, changes in availability, prior rental, lease signing, or withdrawal without notice. No representation is made as to the accuracy of any description, measurements, square footage, photos, amenities, fees, or availability. All information should be independently verified before reliance.
RentWithMe.ai supports fair housing and equal housing opportunity. Housing recommendations and matches are based on user-selected housing preferences such as budget, location, unit size, move-in timing, and amenities. RentWithMe.ai does not make housing recommendations based on protected characteristics.
RentWithMe.ai and participating licensed real estate professionals do not discriminate against lawful source of income, including housing vouchers, where protected by applicable law.
